Travel Route

  Day 1 : Arrival Madurai | Madurai sightseeing Tour

On arrival pick up from airport and drive to Madurai hotel, on arrival check into hotel. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing Madurai, which is famous as the temple town, because of so many temples. After check-in at the hotel, we will take you to visit the popular places in Madurai. Visit Meenakshi Amman Temple (05:00 am – 12:30 pm & 04:00 pm – 10:00 pm) The temple is famous for its incredible carvings, sculptures, Dravidian architecture, and gateways. Then, further we will visit Thirumalai Nayak Palace (Timings: 09:00 am – 05:00 pm). The palace is a blend of European and Dravidian architectural styles and has sculpted pillars, a courtyard, halls, and other chambers. After this sightseeing tour of Madurai, return to the hotel an overnight stay.

  Day 2 : Madurai to Rameshwaram (173kms / 3 to 4 hrs.)

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Rameswaram. Drive through the famous Pamban Bridge, which is connecting bridge between Rameswaram and Mandapam on mainland India. It is open at all times of the day. Rameswaram is located on Pamban Island, off the Tamil Nadu coast. After visit The major attraction in Rameswaram is the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple. The temple has massive corridors, sculpted pillars, water tanks, and huge halls. Agni Teertham is the beach that is located next to this temple and is considered to be a very holy place for bathing. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Rameshwarm .

  Day 3 : Rameshwaram Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed to Dhanush Kodi, which is an abandoned town famous for scenic ocean views. Timings: 6 am to 6 pm Then visit Kalam National Memorial, which is a monument in memory of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. Timings: 09:00am – 01:00 pm & 02:00 pm – 05:00 pm. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Rameshwarm.

  Day 4 : Rameshwaram to Kanyakumari (308 kms / 6 to 7 hrs.)

After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari, check in to hotel, visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, which are two rocks where Swami Vivekananda attained enlightenment. Then visit Gandhi Mandapam, which is a memorial for Mahatma Gandhi. Triveni Sangam. Then reach the Sunset Point by 6 pm and view the fabulous sunset views from Kanyakumari. After this tour of Kanyakumari, we return to the hotel and you will stay here for the night.

  Day 5 : Kanyakumari – Kovalam (80 kms / 2 to 3 hrs.)

Morning you can visit magnificent sunrise. Then after breakfast transfer to Kovalam. On the way you can visit Tripparappu Waterfalls, Vattakottai, Sucheendram temple, Padmanabhapuram palace etc. On arrival at Kovalam, check in to hotel and the rest of the day is free for leisure at Kovalam beach. Overnight stay at hotel.

  Day 6 : Kovalam full day sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for Trivandrum sightseeing covering Veli Tourist village , Padmanabhaswamy temple, Kuthira Malika Palace,Zoo, Wax Museum, etc. Overnight stay at Kovalam.

  Day 7 : Trivandrum Drop

After breakfast drop to at Trivandrum railway station for onward destination.
